South End Residence

This mid-rise building features a blend of residential and commercial spaces and is situated within the vibrant South End community in Charlotte. We provided design assistance and supplied external lanai features including mesh-panel-filled railings, canopies, and miscellaneous steel components. These elements were later painted yellow, adding a vibrant dynamic to the building and establishing it as an iconic structure within the community.
