This project is nestled in the prestigious Kapalua Resort between the Ritz-Carlton and the world-renowned PGA Plantation Golf Course. Mahana Estates is the first phase of Kapalua Mauka, offering world-class, ultra-luxury homesites for custom and developer-built residences.

CSquare Steel fabricated and furnished all structural framing and miscellaneous steel, floor-to-ceiling glass window wall supports, and the PEMB workshop of an 8,500 SF custom residence. Blending wood and steel, this project highlights CSquare Steel’s vital role in delivering structural strength within a refined architectural vision.
