CSquare Steel designed, fabricated, and supplied five brand-new pre-engineered metal buildings in Riverside, California, totaling approximately 85,000 SF.  Each warehouse measures 200 ft long by 85 ft wide and features eight 25-foot-wide bays with roughly 30 ft of roof clearance, making them ideal for storage, office, and workshop applications. Every warehouse includes a full-length steel mezzanine supported by robust trusses, a 10-foot roof overhang, durable standing seam metal roofing, and eight coiling doors for convenient access.

With extensive experience and specialized expertise in pre-engineered metal building systems, CSquare Steel’s scope included steel framing, trusses, roof and wall panels, metal decking, purlins, flashing, and trim.
